Hi Peter, I desperately need your help!!! I completed my 2 year contract with Virgin Mobile at Aug this year and have all the cancelation forms to prove it. I have stoped the debit at my bank and with Virgin Mobile but they keep on billing me. End of Sept they billed me R399 and then end of Oct R170. I have spent hours on the phone and have stoped trying. I need help please. I am on the verge of getting a lawer as I do not know what to do!!!
