Charging my account but they cant confirm what its

Billing my account for data usage and then they cant supply me with evedance that I used it. Reported it on the 19th of sept 2013, besides closing the complaint a week later I never got any feedback as to what I was charged for, After re-opening the query I keep on getting the response that they have 14 days to resolve an issue and yet more than a month later no answer. Vodacom expects me to pay an account that they cant confirm what it was used for. More than R4000 for 1 hour. Its been suspended but I should pay usage. According to me a contract has 2 side, If I dont get the service I dont pay.
