Debeting my account months after cancelling

I just about had enough, in October I cancelled my new contract with virgin mobile due the horrific service I received, I paid a buyout amount of over R4000. After posting on hello peter they finally contacted me and sent me a cancelation certificate stating that I am no longer a client nor have any debits that will go off... two months later in disbelieve they debited my account with R744??? what is wrong with you people I have no longer have my Sim nor device?? and I received a cancelation letter? I reversed my debit money back at my bank the following day, taking off work for this. If I do not receive a response in the next 48 hours I will have my lawyer settle this with Virgin Mobile.

I am besides myself that a company like Virgin Mobile still exists, with there absurd service, sales "champs" who cannot report nor sort out ANY situation whatsoever.

I have proof on black and white which states my account is closed and yet again absurd amounts get debit without my consent. I will never in my right mind ever open nor refer Virgin Mobile to anyone

Pathetic and most incompetent company I have ever dealt with!!!
