Bad service from mtn store once again

I am dis satisfied with the treatment and service that I've received from your consultant at mtn campus square
By the name of FRanchelle.
She booked in my phone to go for a warranty assessment on the 14/15 of October
She said she would have feedback within about 7 working days

So after 7 working days she did not contact me and I kept going in store
Not to mention repeatedly
Where she promised that she was going to phone them and find out if the warranty assessment is approved
And let me know as soon as before 9AM this morning, which again never happened...

I went in at about 12:30Pm today
And Janelle in store told, me that Franchelle had just stepped out but she would have a look for me by phoning the
Warranty assessment division to see if it is approved.
Within a minute she received the response to say its approved
Whereas Franchelle made me come each day, never bothered to call to find out if it was approved
Or didn't even have the decency to phone me and keep me updated.

I am highly upset with the type of service that I received and I want this matter to be taken up
Because I don't think that clients deserve this type of service...
