With my phone (Samsung Galaxy S4) having to be booked in for a warranty check 2 weeks after i received it, i was told it would take 3 days for it to be assessed and contacted. Today is the third day and no contact was made. After trying unsuccessfully to contact the store (apparently the store does not have a contact number and is only walk-in) i eventually called the regional office who then put my through to the agent that booked the phone in for me. He then informs me that he does not know the status of the assessment and gives me the number of the repair centre to call. So i have to make another call at my expensive to locate my phone. I call the repair centre and am told that my claim has been approved yesterday already. So my claim is approved and i have still not been contacted. If i did not try to find out what the status of my claim was, i would still not have an answer as NO ONE from MTN has even tried to contact me on the alternative contact details i have provided. To this moment i have still not heard from them. I find this totally unacceptable and totally pathetic. What ever happened to proper customer service? Really not impressed MTN.
