On tuesday, 03/09/2013 we updated the contract. The MTN campus square store was very helpful. They even kept the phone for us until we got there. My parents went back to the store a few days later to get more info, whereby Franchelle noticed that there was a problem with the screen. She identified that the phone was faulty. We were told that we should wait for Monday to report the problem. However Franchelle went out of her way by calling MTN, finding out that the problem could be resolved immediately. She reviewed our contract and we received a new phone immediately. The service received was incredible. Franchelle should be seen as an asset to MTN.
