UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND NO FEEDBACK

On 13/12/2013 I took my Nokia Lumia 920 to Mtn Stellenbosch Eikestad mall, the phone was giving me problems. A lady, Nadine assisted me. She said that she'll be sending the phone away for warranty assessment as the phone was only 6 months old & if it is approved, I will be receiving a new phone within one week. As there were many public holidays in that week, I understood that my phone would not be ready within a week as I was told. On 28/12/13, I called the repair centre as the store was not answering their phone. They told me that the warranty assessment was approved & I have to collect the new phone at the store. The consultant that was there told me that I have to collect the new phone in Somerset West as they were now a franchise store & no longer owned by Mtn. I told her that Somerset West is very far from me & I am unable to get there. She said there's nothing she can do. On 3/01/2014, I called Nadine's cell number. She said will try to have the phone delivered to me that day but I still haven't received anything & she isnt taking my calls either. After numerous calls & no answer by the store & Nadine, Im very unhappy with the customer service & I would like my phone asap
