POOR SERVICE

I ordered a phone online on the 18 October 2013, they say they deliver the next day, 5 days later they still have not delivered the phone. they must stop with the false promises. and the worst part is they don't even bother to call. 11 years later I think its time to move to a better network were I will be valued as a customer.
