Not receiving SMS/OTP

Since I ported from Cell C to Vodacom I no longer receive any sms for card swipes, online banking or verified by visa. I am unable to bank online because I receive no OTP.

Card department passed on to Verified by visa which passed on to online banking which referred me to my cellphone service provider. After investigations by Vodacom they insist the issue is with FNB. I receive all other sms from other providers. Could it be that FNB still thinks I am with cell c and routes messages to cell c? No one seems to understand that the system could have a cache that needs to be updated with the correct service provider. Maybe the cache get updated once a month? In any case my messages are not getting to vodacom.

Another complaint is the telephonic authentication system which uses system generated questions. I answered all question correctly and yet authentication failed. Problem is they are trick questions with incorrect street numbers or ask if I have a contract with cell c. I said no, but the system probably does not know that I ported to Vodacom a week ago. Now it's impossible for me to do anything telephonicly?

However that aside please fix my SMS/OTP issue.
