For the past two years I did not have a Virgin Mobile account after spending the preceding two years trying to cancel a contract because they did not do what they promised - I migrated from a prepaid account to a contract and they promised I could keep my number which they could not get right for a year untill I decided to cancel the contract. Now I find out through a third party that I have been listed by the ITC for non payment. In all this time I have not received a single account or letter or statement or anything stating that I owe anything to them, now I get listed.
