I have a 3G account with MTN. I phoned them last month to put a data cap on the account, but was told they can't do it. Now this after there was a request pun in when I got the contract.
Just now I got a bill for R976.47
Now the rep told me that I need to monitor my usage myself, as he could no put a cap on my usage. I know it can be capped as I am suppose to have a cap on my iPhone account.
Can this please be investigated and can my account please be capped? I don't want to run into R1000's of cell phone bills after I requested a cap to be put on my data use. But looks like all mighty MTN just screws around as this was not the first time MTN up with a contract of mine.
