Vodacom does not refund money

Good day. I have purchased a vodacom simcard to use as prepaid data bundle form the local Spar which i inserted into my Vodafone Mobile Connect USB Stick. i then purchased R200.00 airtime via Internet transfer to the number shown on the Vodacom Pack. The number shown on the pack was 072 5284126 . That money never reflected in the account. I then went to the local Vodacom Shop in Richards Bay, Boardwalk Inkwazi Mall, and after they enquired with the service provider department, they told me that the number is not the one shown but it is a different one which is 0814460626 . The reason the number changed was that the pack was expired. I have asked them to transfer my credit to the new number because it was not my fault that the Prepaid pack i bought belongs to someone else. Expired sim cards should have been blocked and no money should be allowed to be transferred. Please help.
