TELKOM REFUSE TO CANCEL TELKOM PHONE

Hereby attached the final documents for mr J.M.C. HORN Telkom acc 340285280002 service ref:0163491224
Please cancel this Telkom line with immediate effect as the account holder is deceased, I, ve tried on various occasions to do the cancellation without any results.
I am now moving to Johannesburg and the current premises will be occupied by another owner.
