I placed an order online on the 8th October 2013, I was told that delivery takes maximun of 5 days, on the 12th October 2013 R299.00 was deducted from my account, then i thought it meant the deal has been approved, but up to today i have not received anything or heard from them, i ahve sent several emails via their website, they ask for my ID number and the moment i provide it they become quiet and its been quiet up to now, now am worried because its getting to the end of the month and it means i will be billed again for something i dont even have.
