Quite disappointed in have2have!

Here goes... on the 10th of October 2013 I placed on order and paid R997.80 for a Skagen ladies watch with [URL Removed] with the stipulated delivery date stated as 16 - 28 October 2013. Good. I was excited about my purchase. After payment was confirmed the delivery date pleasantly changed to the 16th - 22nd October. That got me even more excited as it meant my girlfriend's watch would arrive before her birthday which is today, the 31st of October. But now both the 22nd and the 28th have come and gone with no communication from anyone from the have2have office, and mind you Simon promptly replied to my emails when their website was being upgraded and I had enquiries, but now I get no replies from him after several emails enquiring about my order. It is now the 31st and I don't know if I'll even receive my order at all. I am extremely angry and disappointed with Simon and his team because I now have to deal with an unhappy an upset woman! Please get yourself together and do a better service to your customers!
