Telkom Lying to customers

I was on the 10G promo contract for 24months whilst paying R199. On the 17th of August 2013 my contract expired and i did not renew it as i was busy, in mid September a lady phoned me and told me i can go on a new deal which i will be getting 10G anytime and 10G midnight data for the same price "still paying R199", I went to a Telkom shop to renew it there and they told me no i will have to pay R299 for this contract. So the lady phoned me again and i confirmed the contract renewal for R199 p/m. On the 26th of October i received a msg from telkom mobile stating that they will be debiting R299 from my acc at the end of the month. I then phoned there head office and spoke to various managers about my problem and which no one knew what contract deal i was talking about. They then traced the lady who renewed my contract on their side and said it was a system error and that she doesn't know why the other staff does not know about this deal, and that she would fix it before my money is debited the 1st of every month. the 1st of november came and telkom mobile deducted R299 from my account!
