Contract Confirmation

Good Day,

I've order a Galaxy Note 3 over Vodacom Online and the contract was approved on the 3rd of October.

I logged in today 7th October and had a Online chat with one of the agents which stated that the order is still being confirmed and they need to check my work details before they can continue. As per deal it stated next day Delivery and its been 2 working days now.

I already have a contract with them and this is now the second one. The same happened with the first one as well.

Can someone just let me know why they say next day Delivery?
