Last account of R100 sent to ITC and it is paid

Only when we asked for a credit report, we heard of an outstanding account of R100. The cellphone contract expired. We paid the R100 with a reference 45748875. The person said they will send the report immediately. It will show on the following months report. It is 11 months later and it is still sitting on ITC credit bureau. It is not possible to speak to the collection department. Twice I was holding on the line for 15 minutes. Account number 1090179843
