I am referring to my report of 18/10/2013 and our conversation of that day. I received an sms stating that the job has been exchanged and despatched from the Advance repair centre to VODACOM REPAIRS CENTURION. As a matter of a fact - THIS DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TO ME.
When we spoke on Friday 18 Oct I said I do not want that phone back. I have been without it for 34 days, and only had it for 10 days. I WANT A NEW PHONE AND NOT A BLACKBERRY. AND AS DISCUSSED, I WANT TO BE RE-EMBURSED FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER.
How can you charge me for something I never had? I am waiting for you call WITH options on what Samsung I can have.
