When I started my account I was told by the person who assisted me to R100 every month suddenly I got an sms to pay R160.I paid that R100 as I was advised to do. On the 25th again I paid my account using my cellphone *120*410# I got this sms back Miss S Mahlangu, thank you. R100.00 will leave your bank acc on 25 Oct & update at Mr Price on 31 Oct. Queries 0861066639 BankRef=billscoza Mr Price on the 1st I received this sms Miss S ..., your R100.00 payment to Mr Price on 24 Oct failed because your bank account details didn't match the ID number entered. Please try again. My money was deducted and I have called the customer care line I was given some numbers of which when I call there's no answer. Why didn't the the ant that I paid bounce back so that I can just pay in person at Mr price once???
