I had a pre-paid account wich was R100.00 per month, deducted from my account. I decide to stop the service, then contact Virgin mobile to do so. All went well, after two months the deductions start again, so i order my bank to return the debit order.
The default date due to my ITC report was 2011/03/31. I am blacklisted for the assuming R100.00 RAND wich is not my fault but their own error.
Virgin dont respond on e-mail's, and i need to clear the situation, and my name.
