They have billed me on a canceled account and ITC

I wrote a report last year in May on hellopeter about Virgin Mobile that they were billing me on the number that was disconected in 2011. they refere my account to select on line and put agargement on my name for R400.00 that they billed me after my contract with them has ended and the number was disconect. after that report, the called me and say the apologies, they are going to closed the account without me paying any cent, and adivice the credit burue to update and withdraw my account from select on line..
to my suprise, on ITC i am having a jagement by Virgin Mobile of R400.00. when i write an email asking them to remove my name. this is what i got "Thank you for your email.

Please note that the Virgin Mobile account will remain on ITC as ITC is a true reflection of how you conducted your account. Please note that the Credit Bureau status should state the account is paid and closed and not active."

i responded "I don't understand why Virgin Mobile is keeping my name on ITC where as I never owed you that amount and you resolved that the account will be cancelled and you apologies for the mistake made by your account department."
i am still waiting for their respond.
