Account paid of over 3 months but have a default

Companies like these ruin people's credit worthiness.

I was never contacted in relation to an outstanding balance R231, handed over to collectors who never attempted to contact me until I bought a credit report.

Now account has been paid over 3 months but still showing as a default on my credit report. I want this to be removed IMMEDIATELY.
