I have a data problem with my phone and I have phoned Vodacom care line I went in to the store and spend hours on the phone with agents but still we can't stop the problem. They have said that I have subscribed for things that I know I haven't subscribed for so the lady of Mafikeng Vodacom store phoned and said she have stopped it but when I phoned Vodacom today nothing has been stopped and the new lady stop the things over the phone but this is unacceptable the lady said if this WASP people have your number they can put this things on your phone, I think Vodacom must stop this thing how can they allow this thing people is losing money every day but they don't care. My phone is still eating money and MB and I don't know where the rest of the problem is cumming from and nobody at Vodacom can help me. Please help me put a end to the frustration.
