I reported this problem on HelloPeter on the 11th Jan -
We have just had a power failure in the area and the Vodacom Signal immediately stopped. No phone or data services.
Vodacom did contact me regarding the original complaint but it would appear that nothing has been done in 11 days to rectify the problem.
I have a large number of my clients emailing me their details and phone numbers who are also fed up with the third rate service being provided. We may all decide to stop our payments to Vodacom as a protest maybe then someone with pay attention to the problem.
