Call Centre Reps Cant Explain Billing

If I were to find someone who was to explain the billing on my account accurately I wouldn't be posting this. I require an email outlining the debits on my account and thr credits from when I activated both my lines. Id appreciate it if you were to forward me a copies of both my contracts. I thought I was billed R199.00 for my blackberry and R399.00 for my Samsung but it seems that isny so. Please don't call me just send an email with the afore requested information.
