My husband has been billed for a BIS account for the pass 1 year and the saddest past is, he doesnt even have bIS and when he called in to rectifed the mistake and refund him the money they hve been deducting from his account, they keep telling him they are investing the matter, his been 2 months and still no word from we the ones that keeps calling them, we have been with vodacom for over 9 years and this is how u treat your loyal cumstomers or is this how vodacom make there money by from there loyal cumtomers, really this is not fair, please guys this is not on, why should you be taking money thats not yours
