I requested cancellation for my contract a month before but I received a invoice with the subscription for August for full month. My contract has expired on the 10th so I supposed to be charged for only 10 days not a full month because in August 2011 when I signed the contract I was charged and paid for the 25 days.was trying to explain to me that I am charged in arrears but the invoice state clear - Airtime subscription AUGUST. I agree to pay for the first 10 days but the difference must be credited please. CONTRACT cellphone number was 0827213743 currently on prepaid.
