My REQ: 24428668

Answers to the following:
1. Why my R149 2GB data suddenly when to R1424 6GB in one month. When the previous 14 odd months was R149.00?
2. Where did i select TopUP or Open on my contract? As i see no reference to my open account on my contract?
3. Why i was billed this month for Itemized billing and CLI on a DATA contract sending my account from R149.00 to R205.00 (when i inquired on this your answer was i went over my data... which i didn't even use this month!!!) I am sitting with the letter from you stating the extra charges on my account.
4. Who asked for CLI and itemized billing as it wasn't me?
5. At which point is this breach of contract?
6. Why people will sign up for a R149 2GB contract if there isn't any limit to it. (being charged R1400.00)
7. At which point will i be contacted by a competent person regrading my problem?

I am way past frustration...

PS. maybe you could show me how i can receive phone calls over my ipad with the use of CLI as i am always open on learning something new?
