I dropped my ipad off on Saturday morning and was told it would be ready the same day. Later that day I am called to say there was an issue with one of your components but it would still be ready later that evening. I hear nothing further...
Your store was closed on Sunday so went through to your store on the Monday only to be told it is not ready and it's awaiting customer feedback?
No one calls me despite numerous messages.
Eventually I get to speak to your technician who then proceeds to give me two very different stories in quick concession but promises me the ipad will be ready later that day.
I have to phone again to get feedback only to be told twice that it will be ready later... And nothing? No call no SMS nothing?
Now Wednesday morning I receive an email that my ipad will be ready at 14:30???
This is half a week late with no explanation and no feedback from yourselves.
I am utterly appalled by your lack of service!
