URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED!!!

Last week Thurs my Bold 9900 started giving problems. I got a 'SIM not allowed' message & after pulling the batt & restarting, the sim worked again, but not as it should. my signal fluctuated & dropped Constantly, & BIS mostly off. as I'm self employed, I'm totally reliant on my cell & all advertising & marketing into my business comes via my phone, to 1 of my 4 active email accounts on there, whatsapp, fb and bb! it is my lifesource. as I work weeknds I only got chance on monday to get a new sim & do sim swop for R50, which was the likely problm after discussion with the consultant @ cell c zevenwacht who said that the micro sim I had gives problems in BB's. I put my new sim in on Monday eve when the old 1 stopped working. Tuesday morn I awoke 2 a 'sim not allowed' message again! pulled the batt & restarted until it started working, but had same issues. went back to cellc and whaleed simply said it must go away, will be back in 21 workng days, without a hint of care or concern no matter what I said to explain the phones importance to me and there is no loan cell 4 me either. my issue is this: Why the in this day & age must things still be sent 2 JHB 4 repair, i'm losing money
