Autopage, the fact that you have so many complaints should be an eye opener, your service stinks period!!
I took out a contract with them and they failed to disclose all the charges linked to this contract. When I went to fetch the handset I complained to the Manager about this but I let it go. My phone couldn't work for about 4 days till I decided to go back & enquire only to be told that the sim swop was never done. At the end of Sept no debit order was put through, I went back to the store to enquire why the debit order hadn't gone through but no one, I mean no one could tell me why. I was told they logged a call with Head Office and the bill would be debited 5 days later. 5 days came and there was nothing.
To cut a long story short, I decided, after a month of back and forth to cancel the contract. I was told that I would still be liable to pay the handset and bcoz I coudn't bear this anymore I paid it. I was told my sim would be converted to pre-paid but after struggling for about 2 weeks, I was told I need to pay a further R600, when I demanded to see the billing I was told its not available. Todate, my phone is still off!! Very Frustrating.
