I have had it!!!

It's time you sort this out or i will cancel this subcription.
I took a phone on cotract in November 2012 it does not recive sms and someimes goes on voice mail while its on. My payment are on R0.00 arrears, went and visited Brightwater wher i took this cotnract, checked the phone couldnt help, advised to send to Cresta for repairs, its ben there from last week fetched this Monday and the problem is still not sorted. the only thing the managed to do was to take my memory card and delete everything that was there. i have it if this proble is not fixed i want a new phone i can't be walking around with a phone that doesnt receive calls when i make payment EVERYTIME..

since i dont have a number you can contact me on, try work 011 025 77 63, and whoever calls please come up with a better suggestion cause i have had enough of this now... Im loosing business due to this rubbish!!
