Your bad reputation, infringements, irregularities and! Yes, . MTN is money right out of my bank account. I've never accepted two upgrades on my account, but still, MTN deducted migration, upgrading and new contract fees from my bank account. This after I explained and handed in evidence for this infringement.
I went to the service provider outlet and even they assisted me, by saying: "Please make sure you credit back the debit order from your bank". So I did, only to find out, MTN still own me money and now they suspended my contract and cell phone services.
By doing this, and not solving the main problem, will I seek extra remedial support and my own legal advisor. MTN will be accountable for any loses during this contract suspension by not following up the main query. You've treated me as if I'm the slow payer and criminal. Sweep in front of your own door!
