PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM TRYING TO CONTACT CELL C FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS, I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT MY BANK DETAILS COULD NOT BE VERIFIED & I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PHONE, I ASKED THEM NOT TO GO AHEAD WITH THE CONTRACT, A FEW DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE AND IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE CONSULTANT TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, HE CAME BACK TO ME ADVISING THAT HE ESCALATED THIS TO HIS TEAM LEADER AND THE PHONE WILL BE COLLECTED AND NO DEBIT WILL GO OFF MY ACCOUNT, TO MY SUPRISE I CHECKED MY BANK STATEMENT AND BOOM, AN AMOUNT OF R429.00 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT, I SENT THE CONSULTANT AN EMAIL A WEEK AGO AND TO THIS DATE I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I ACTUALLY GOT A CONTRACT FROM ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND WITHIN TWO DAYS I RECEIVED A PHONE... WHAT DO I DO WITH THE CELL RECEIVED FROM CELL C, I DO NOT NEED YOUR PHONE, TAKE YOUR PHONE AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY
