I have been with MTN for many, many years and do approximately R 1, 900 business per month with them.
Recently I wanted to move 6 contracts linked to my personal account over to my business account. I ended up paying approximately R 2, 100 in order to do so. There were 6 x R150 swap charges plus a pro-rata charge on each contract. I believe that this is a total rip off, and will therefore, as a matter of principle, migrate to another service provider as the contracts expire. Nett result for MTN will be losing approximately R 23, 000 per year of my business, each year going forward, - not sure that they really care
