I have been trying to submit the below email on the @home website however it appears the system is not working.
Also when I go to a branch of @home no one seems to be able to assist with the query below and want to "pass the buck" to another department.
the quality of the product purchased is not adequate and I would appreciate if anyone can assist in resolving this issue.

I sent an email on the website a while ago and have not received a response.
I purchased the CRUZ BED LINEN QUEEN XL from the Fourways branch about 3 months ago. The centre structure of the bed with the 3 attached support legs continue to fall off and create a problem when trying to sleep.
This seems to be a deficiancy in the product and would appreciate if someone at @home can contact me to resolve this issue. I am not satisfied with the qaulity of the product.
Please let me know what other information may be required.
