TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!

I have been paying R208 for this contract A42663460091667819 for the past 17months only for airtime and SMSs without recieving my 200MB data bundle. I have numerously brought this issue to MTN's attention however nothing has been done yet except promises of addressing the issue which never happened to date.

Now I'm suddenly double charged and R408 is debited from my account since August and apparently there was some "internal billing issue" with the system which has not being rectified till to date. This is a SERIOUS inconvinience because I'm consisntently incurring "accidental" debit order charges caused by MTN's incompetence which now amounts to over R550 from the bank.

Can somebody from MTN please:
1) Reverse, reimburse and fix my overcharged account which is over billed.
2) Explain why I'm not recieving data bundles or pay for a service that has never been rendered
3) Clearify all these irregularities in my account.

I have faith in MTN and continued to show loyalty and support to the brand hence I trust this issue will be attended to URGENTLY!

Today I have upgraded my other contract to a brand NEW phone (Sony Z1) which is also NOT working! :(
