I applied for a data package via cellc direct 084145 on 12/10/2013. I was promised 7working days including delivery should the application be approved. Today is the 7th day and no contract. I contacted them almost everyday but they cannot confirm when it will be approved as it is at the validation department for the past 4 days. Is there any staff in that department? The problem I have is the expectation created to have the package by me within 7 working days and no one calls me to inform that it will take longer. Bad service and not expected from cellc who is trying to win market share. I asked the agents numerous times to escalate or speak to supervisor but no luck. They cannot put me through or escalate which is ridiculous as all ccc should have a superoir to speak to.
