Shocking service and no care attitude

We applied for a business package contract. 1. They lost the relevant documents required and did not bother to contact us. We only found this out two days later when we went to the branch to enquire how far our application is. 2. Issued new documents and where told we would have an answer in two days. Went back after two days and still no answer. We were told that Head office had sent an email requesting more info but they could not tell us what info as they had not received the email. 3. Asked for a telephone number to contact Head office and when we called we got transfered from person to person none of which could help us. Eventually spoke to a person by the name of Ben Putter and he could not assist us in and could not inform us of who could assist us. He said he would get Cellc Direct to contact us and a day later still no contact from anyone. 4. Today which is two weeks later went to the Cellc Lifestyle centre Ballito and for the fist time was able to speak to the store manager personally. She was unaware of our contract application let alone all the problems that have persisted. She said she would contact us today which we have yet to see. We feel that Cellc is useless.
