Switch now for the lowest call rates. so i decide to switch to cellc. well what a mistake. called 084 145 and dealt with this really amazing sales person. this was really great service i thought. he told me not to worry as he will sort it all out. well unfortunately its been 5 days and i still dont have a phone nor is the contract even approved. when i call 084 145 i get through to very rude staff who tell me that it can take sometimes even more than 7 days just to be approved and even longer for the porting to happen. when i complain and state i was told my ph and prting would in 3-7 days they cold transfer me to someone else and have to start all over. Ask for a manger and you wait and then get cut off. i am paying for these calls as this was going to be my first number being ported to cellc and this is the service i get. thankfully i still have time stop this process. there is a reason it is so cheap. I also took data on my ipad which thankfully expires really soon. I asked cell c to please investigate why is my speed so slow. i have mtn 3g and cellc 3g and cellc gives me less than 1.7mbps while MTN is at 24mps. never heard back and problem worse. it really is for FOR YOURSELF
