Good Afternoon Manelisa, Mr Bensch, Martin Chetty, Thomas, Selwyn & Crew,
I would like to take this minute to thank you for you rapid response in getting a Technician out to our house.
Steven was an absolute gentleman, extremely helpful and managed to see all that was needed to see.
He offered to be there late on Friday, but I said Saturday morning would not be a problem.
I hope that we are able to progress from here on out and be able to resolve this problem.
If you would like to know the figures, I will be more than willing to provide them to you.
