I got my new phone delivered friday 18.10.2013, I couldn't even use the phone because it kept resetting. I then returned the phone to MTN in morningside on Sunday 20.10.2013, the in store person filled in an out of box failure form, but never captured anything on the system. Now I have no phone a brand new contract I'm paying for and nobody answers the number given to me 011 222 6271. This is shocking service, MTN please sort this out ASAP!!
