The worst service at MTN Morningside

I submitted my Blackberry at MTN-Morningside for repairs last week and have been continuously phoning the repair centre to find out how far the repair process is and have been told my phone has not yet been delivered for repairs. I find this absolutely appalling! How is it possible that it takes almost 4 days to courier a phone from Sandton to Midrand. And when I do try contact MTN Morning side on 011 808 9001, a very rude an unhelpful person transferred me to some poor soul's cell phone number and when I do call again my calls are hung up on! I don't know what kind of people MTN Morningside are hiring to represent their brand if that is how customers are treated over the phone. Further, surely as a service provider they would ensure that customer needs are attended to with urgency especially repairs to something as personal as a cell phone. 4 days later and no one can tell me where my phone is!!! Because of this terrible service I vow that my Mtn contract will not be renewed!
