I bought a new mobile phone a Sony experia go brand, on the 29th of November 2013 it wasn't functioning two days later 02 December 2013 i returned the device but they couldn't refund me my money because they didn't have cash so i had to take another phone they gave me the very same brand a new after i have waited for over two hours for the new device, all was well until Tuesday 17 December 2013 the same problem occurred the screen just went blank and i couldn't use the phone anymore i took the device to the store and i wasn't assisted i left it there and later on the day i called to follow up they tell me that i have to wait 16days for the phone to be repaired i don't want a repaired phone that will last two days and die again its not even a month old their area manager refused to give me their name and surname and hung up the phone whilst i was speaking to them on the phone.
