After 3 weeks I got my phone back. RAM delivered the phone to me today. They only replaced the battery and not the phone as promised. I have my old faulty phone back that does not work at all.
It has been since 04/01/2013 that I have now been without a phone but I am paying the contract.
I will not drive to Vodaworld again (ALREADY drove 450km there). I want a brand new phone deliverd to my office and I will gie them back their faulty phone. If this issue does not get resolved asap I am getting legal advise.
