Shocking shocking shocking is the least to say!!!

I took out a contract phone with 8ta last year on the 08th month and soon to realise that the info captured on the contract was my company details that i am working for and its under their name. I have contacted them on several occasions to sort out the matter and then my phone got cut off. I then struggled for a month to get my phone on again. A month later my phone was reconnected and all was well until they told me my contract has changed due to a new one opened so now i dont get the perks i got before. Now they are so clever they cut it off again and said its cancelled again. I have never in my life!!! How stupid are they. I then went to eastgate branch and spoke to julia and she assured me no sir it will be on within 3-4 hours or the following day. Then 1st 2nd day 3day, four day wow now she is never in the store. she will sort it out. I cant believe it when i phone now she is off or out or on lunch or whateva. I contacted the call centre and the billing dept and all promise no sir we will sort it out promise.!!! I have had no luck its been 7 months of and only once has someone ever phoned me back. I have no other choice to get legal advise and i will.
