If Vodacom Care were a hospital, All would be dead

It is now seven days since my last hellopeter post and still nothing has changed. I am still without a phone that was sent back as a Out of Box failure, and I still can't receive sms' from some networks or One Time Pins from my bank (i.e. my port has still not been completed since 18 September 2013).

I have not been given any contact number of "Moddy Motebejane" from Vodacom and she has not got back to me since Thursday last week. Please can somebody give me a call so that we can have a chat. It is time for me to find a new network that will hopefully be able to give me the service that I am paying for, and have definitely not been receiving with you.
