My phone got and did n swim swap at the branch, almost a WEEK has past and the sim is still not activated! How am i suppose to fix it if the call centre and the people at the branch dont even know whats going on, i asked for a new sim, and they dont want to give a new one, this is absolute rubbish, i want to end my contract!! My reference nr is 2809780
