I dont know what Vodacom does or how they train their staff... but if your looking for consistent good service and a "want-to-help" attitude from staff, then Look no further then Vodacom.
Yes... I've been a client for about 6 years... of course i've had "issues" and "problems". But what impressed me time and time again is the willingness to have my queries resolved in the quickest possible time
I recently visited the Walk-in centre in Canal Walk. Friendly staff, quick lines... and consultants that gets the job done!
I also had a query about my data on my voiceline. I had a response within 24 hrs and, after they looked into the matter, i was reimbursed my data "lost".
See... THATS what I want from any service provider. I dont need special treatment... just do what you promise me you'd do. And if for some reason you slip up (we're all human); just fix it in the quickest possible time. Dont bother me with more things to do and ask me to lodge a written complaint! I dont have time for like that. Just do what you suppose to do.
I Vodacom continues on this path, they'll have a client for life!
